SIZES: Please look at the size chart and select the size you need. Or you can also send me your measurements, and I will help you choose right size. For the accuracy of the measurements, we recommend that they be made by a professional tailor. If you have any questions, please contact us.

CUSTOM DRESS:

If you wish the dress made according to your measurements, please contact me before ordering. The additional cost is plus  250 USD to the listed price.

PROCESS TIME: All our dresses are made to order, we ask 4-6 weeks for manufacturing. Urgent production options are available - if you need a dress for a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to make it ready for you earlier.

SHIPPING: Normally standard shipping takes around 2-4 weeks and I offer it for free.

CANCELLATIONS We are able to cancel your order within 48 hours after the purchase is made. Please note that if canceled after 48 hours, we can only return 50% of the order value. Once the order is shipped it's not possible to cancel it and any refund.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS We don't offer exchanges and returns. If you are unhappy with the purchase you received, please contact me within 72 hours. If the error was on my part, I am ready to help you solve this situation. If you sent the wrong measurements, you changed your mind about the style of the dress, or for some other reason, regardless of the quality of my work, you are fully responsible for your purchase.
